Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

We have the right to terminate any Class, Course, Seminar, Workshop, and Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of a class, course, seminar, workshop, and service that are already underway. Refunds shall not be offered after an order or registration is processed and where a Class, Course, Seminar, Workshop, or Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

Return Policy

As per our business policy, and due to the nature of the classes, courses, seminars, workshops, products, and services we provide, we do not offer refunds. Order cancellations are not allowed, so we ask that clients, customers, and students are certain about their purchase. registration, and mindful of our terms set herein. Our classes, courses, seminars, workshops, products, and services are as-is, we ensure that we provide sufficient information, videos, photos, and one-on-one consultations to provide the highest level of confidence to our clients, customers, and students before they purchase, register, or set a service appointment. JT's Beauty Shop, Inc. ships out Crochet NaturaLoc Bundles, and Raw Unprocessed Virgin Human Hair (with the exception of processed custom-colored extensions) to customers in different states to have certified licensed professionals install their hair extensions. We encourage clients, customers, students, and stylists to wait until they have receipt of their order and inspect their product before booking a service appointment to have their extensions installed. JT's Beauty Shop, Inc. is not responsible or liable for shipment times that may result in a missed appointment or delay. However, we will do our best to communicate if any USPS delays or issues arise. Insurance and signature is not included with shipments unless requested by the client, customer, student, or stylist as these services are separately priced according to USPS rates. If the client, customer, student, or stylist requests a signature or insurance, the client, customer, student, or stylist is responsible for the additional charges.

We will NOT be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address as a result of the client's, customer's, student's, or stylist's inaccurate, mistake or misspelling of the name and shipping address. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make certain that he or she enter all shipping information accurately. Please double-check the address you enter and make sure it is valid for USPS shipments. Our packages cannot be forwarded to a different address in case of a change of address. The shipping address entered must be the final location of the shipment. If customer package is returned to sender due to incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to reprocess the package to be shipped again. Free shipping only applies toward the initial shipment.

If you need your in-stock package guaranteed by a certain date, we encourage you to purchase the express shipping option at checkout. Priority mail delivers typically within 2-3 business days, but USPS does not guarantee a date. Express mail delivers typically within 1-2 business days, and although it is a guaranteed service there are times that USPS may experience transit delays which result in a late delivery. In this case, a claim is filed by JT's Beauty Shop, Inc. to issue a shipping fee refund to the customer. Transit delay does not warrant a refund of the actual order. Shipping refund is typically issued within 3-5 business days from the time of confirmed delivery.


Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 5-7 business days to process and ship. During periods of high demand orders may take 7-14 days to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.

All purchases are final sale, thus we cannot (Do Not) offer returns, exchanges, or refunds! This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company on a case-by-case basis.

Our processing times for domestic & international shipping vary from 3-4 business days on most items before shipping. We need time to package and prepare orders, so please keep the processing time in mind. In some situations, our warehouse needs additional time to process hair and orders. In this case, additional processing time is needed. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. For any questions about transit time and delivery, please contact the courier directly. Restrictions also apply for free shipping.

International customers: please be aware of your country's customs fee for declared items. JT's Beauty Shop, Inc. is not liable or responsible for fees imposed by your customs department. It is the buyer's responsibility to be informed about the fees they must Pay to receive their package. These fees do not go to JT's Beauty Shop, Inc.. Additionally, Customs may hold a package and cause transit delay. We are also not responsible for this delay.


By placing an order for our crochet dreadlock extensions, registering for a class, course, seminar, workshop, and/or scheduling an appointment for service, you have acknowledged including read our business policy, and you are agreeing to the terms set forth as it is stating above, below, as well as advised during your consultation.

Please note (if you are placing an order for a service appointment, vacation, or any other plan that is coming very soon), we kindly suggest you do not place an order at this time. We cannot expedite or rush our handmade process, although you may request USPS to expedite shipping at checkout. All crochet dreadlock orders are custom, handcrafted made to order. In order to provide you with dreadlocks that look naturally grown, we need the necessary time to handcraft them. Order demands change without notice, especially during peak season. Thus, the time frame for completion is only an estimate and can change depending on your dreadlock quantity, length and order volume. Keep in mind, we DO NOT offer Refunds due to the nature of the custom work we provide. We are not and will not be liable for any missed arrangements or service appointments as a result of processing or USPS delivery times. Current time frame is 3-4 weeks to complete your crochet naturaloc bundles.

When you submit your order, it is placed in a queue based on the date and time of receipt.

*Orders may exceed the estimated time frame if your order includes dreadlocks with long length and/or high quantity, if unexpected delays occur during the handmade process or if there's a high order volume during peak seasons. To avoid any confusion, please reference and acknowledge these terms in its entirety prior to purchase.

We craft a significant volume of bracelets, and dreadlocks daily. Most importantly, we strive to maintain quality and durability so that your dreadlocks will look natural from the time of installation.

Purchases for deposits to set appointment

JT's Beauty Shop, Inc. offers a unique and convenient booking experience for all our clients. Deposits for classes, courses, seminars, workshops, and services are able to be made by navigating to the "" home page, clicking the drop down arrow to select the service & deposit. The days and location will be reviewed by our virtual assistants and availability will be determined. A consultation is required prior to booking any service appointment. Virtual consultations are available for those who do not live in the metro area. Simply request a day & time, enter Requested Days/Time and someone will correspond on availability.

Deposits for local appointments are not refundable but can be rescheduled if proper notice has been provided within the allotted time frame. Deposits for out of state or out of city appointments are not refundable, but under extenuating circumstances JT's Beauty Shop, Inc. can make an exception to reschedule. Deposits for out of town appointments allow for the trip and accommodations to be secured, this is why we cannot offer a refund. By submitting a deposit for a service, the buyer understands that the purchase is for a service and therefore waives option for having the purchase shipped with a tracking number. Deposits are ineligible for shipping. A deposit is required in order to secure and book an appointment. Bookings are made daily on a first come, first served basis. Appointments can not be held without a deposit. Submission of a deposit allows for better scheduling and preparation of products before the appointment. Pricing for any service is determined at the time of consultation.

We must meet minimum number of clients to book particular days for appointments. This minimum needs to be met 72 hours or earlier so that we can determine if a particular date will be held. Due to business fees, and quality assurance, we reserve the right to cancel any date that does not meet this requirement.

Service Pricing

We respect the individuality of every client, customer, student, and stylist.  With so many hair textures and types, we do not have a set price for everyone. Pricing varies for each client and is determined during your 30 minutes to 1 hour consultation where we dedicate the necessary one-on-one time to discuss the process for the service you're seeking.
